I send the ordered items AFTER receiving the money!
Not insured packages get sent on your risk. Only big packages, in german called Paket, are insured and go on my risk. If a Paket definitive got lost by postal service, I may send you the ordered items again.
You give me your OK to give your email-adress to the Deutsche Post DHL Group for the package tracking through Deutsche Post DHL Group.
If there is any problem with the received items or something else around your order, please contact me, I'm sure we find a way!
